Services

 

All services—including but not limited to Reiki, Crystal Light Bed Therapy, ThetaHealing, tarot and oracle readings, Akashic record sessions, past life healing, energy work, and nail services—are non-refundable once rendered, as permitted under New York State law.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled or issued a credit at the sole discretion of Reclaim + Restore.

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in forfeiture of the full service fee.

 

Digital Products & Downloads

 

All digital products—including PDFs, workbooks, journals, audio recordings (MP3s), meditations, courses, templates, and other downloadable content—are final sale and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

In accordance with New York General Business Law § 399-p, refunds are not required for digital goods after delivery or access has occurred.

 

Packages, Memberships & Bundles

• Service packages and bundled offerings are non-refundable once the first session has taken place or digital access has begun.

• Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing; however, previous payments are non-refundable.

• Unused sessions within a package have no cash value and are non-transferable.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Reclaim + Restore.

Chargebacks submitted after services are rendered or digital access is granted may result in:

• Submission of this policy and proof of service or delivery to the payment processor

• Suspension or refusal of future services until the matter is resolved

 

Scope of Practice Disclaimer

Reclaim + Restore provides holistic, spiritual, and wellness-based services intended for relaxation, self-reflection, and personal growth.

These services:

• Are not licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal services

• Do not replace professional healthcare or mental health treatment

• Do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

Due to the subjective nature of these services, refunds are not issued based on personal experience, interpretation, or outcome.

 

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges

• Verified technical errors preventing access that cannot be resolved

All requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
