Eligibility

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • Reclaim + Restore reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Services are non-refundable once rendered

  • Digital products are final sale

  • Memberships may be canceled to prevent future charges, but past payments are non-refundable
